I have been unable to install Battle.net. The application immediately replies with the following error code: BLZBNTBTS00000028.
I have followed each and every step of the guide here but the issue is still present. This issue happens with a WiFi connection; I tried other connections and they actually work fine. However, I cannot use those connections reliably and they can only serve as a test, so I would need this issue to be fixed for me to actually use Battle.net daily.
What can I do to fix this? Can anyone provide some advanced help?

Since this specific error code indicates that your Battle.net Desktop App client couldn’t connect to the patching service, it sounds like the WiFi connection that you are using is unstable. Note that we do not directly support wireless connections. Since you have found that WiFi is the problem, you can contact the support team for the WiFi device you are using or the wireless router.
You can also contact your ISP for assistance, as they might be able to diagnose the wireless issue you’re experiencing.
