Error Code BLZBNTBGS000003F8

I have been having this problem for about 2 weeks now. I can play maybe the first 2-3 minutes of a game with it sending me to the desktop. I keep losing connection to the desktop app when I am trying to look through to figure it out, it will pop up and tell me I need to reload the news page because it disconnected. Where its disconnecting is what causes me to be pulled from the game because I can play on my Xbox with no problems but launching through the battlenet desktop app I get disconnected.

This started last week around 05/20/2024 when the client updated and MWIII updated. I can start playing MW and I can visibly see the Blizzard client logout and back in as if it lost connection. It is just a second, but it will kick me from MW every time.
