Idk how to fix this issue it keeps telling me my account doesn’t own this game, yet I have the receipt, watched the game download just can’t flipping play it. Please help!!
I’m having the same issue. Purchased the game last night, have the order number, downloaded the blizzard PC launcher, and the game itself.
When I launch the game it states my account does not own the game.
It’s in my account details as “active”. Please find a fix for this, or at least let us know why my $64.80 is not sufficient. I have waited to play this game for so long. I purchased it from the official blizzard website, have the email confirmations.
It’s been 8 hrs, can a support person please help us. There are other people having the same issues, we have made several post asking for help and not one is being answered. First time Battle/Blizzard user and not impressed.

This is an account issue that will need to be looked into individually. This has primarily been issues with those who have a Beta license or bought the game from another vendor like Games Planet.
Make sure the login is correct for the Blizzard account and game key is claimed. If the login is correct and the game is on the Account settings, try restarting the Blizzard Application. If the problem continues, please contact our Customer Support team.
i bought the game from Blizzard directly and while it was on sale so now you are going to stick me with buying it at full price im sure thanks alot!!!
