I have followed the troubleshooting steps in this article and still get the error unable to update as of today 8/19. Was able to play last night.

Still having an issue today. Tried to completely delete the battle.net files on my pc and reinstall everything but its still broken. When I try to scan and repair I get the same error that something is broken. Very frustrating as nothing seems to work…
I’ve also been having the same issues the last few days. Restarting my computer fixes it, but it always comes back every time.

I edited my post to stick to the issue at hand.
I’ve also tried reinstalling Battle.net but it didn’t do anything. Tried setting firewall permissions, and running virus scans, but it’s still there.
Same issue here on my Mac.
I am also having the same issue. I was able to update yesterday just fine, played for several hours - but today, when i try to access the game it says there is another update, but upon selecting it immediately gives an error. Same error occurse with Scan & Repair. Followed steps provided, no change, restarting has not resulted in any change.
Same issue here, uninstalled multiple times. No resolution yet.

then the link should not put people here , we are only clicking the links that blizzard have put in place for this , i have been having this problem for over a month and ever update i need to delete everything with blizzard to install the game fresh or it wont update

I am getting this code and I am unable to get onto the battle net site when I type it in it says 403 forbidden. I can’t log onto anythin battle net. But my phone can log in. I played last night perfectly fine
I am getting same error code and unable to update or paly COD. I tired deleting and a fresh install of battle net and restarting several times with no progress.
Same issue. The button on the battle.net dashboard for a few games are “Update”. When clicking the button, it gives me an error message with this code. I’ve followed the steps listed on the help article. The “Scan and Repair” tool also gives the same error. I also tried clearing the Program Data folder and let it rebuild and restarted both the program and the computer.
What’s the fix?
im currently having this issue too, hope someone can help to fix this; btw I have tried everything, closing everything else, restarting pc/battle.net, checked internet, reinstalled battle.net, I even reinstalled windows.
EDIT: I think I fixed it, I reformatted my drive and then it worked for some reason
I have submitted multiple tickets via the Bnet launcher. I click play on SC2 and the it says an unexpected fatgal error has occurred. This is the report ID code 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.
I have tried the following,
Reboot PC
Uninstall/Reinstall bnet launcher
Uninstall/reinstall SC2
Check for windows updates and drivers
Run as administrator
All other games work except sc2. This has been going on for 2 days now.
Trying to make Diablo work, but my client can’t “wake up” the server?
HAs anyone sorted it out?
