OK so, I downloaded the beta yesterday and it worked alright for a little bit, then it kept constantly crashing and telling me files were corrupted, needed to be fixed, etc… I tried doing a scan repair and it is CONSTANTLY giving me this error BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 even though I have RUN AS ADMIN/given permissions numerous times. I tried doing an uninstall and now it won’t let me reinstall, it insists it is already installed and wants me to update it but when you click update, it starts SCANNING, tells me it needs repairs and then does nothing, like its looping. I’m stuck 
I got the same error. I followed all the troubleshooting offered (click the error code when it pops to go there), to no avail. When I tried to uninstall/reinstall the games (retail or classic), the error popped immediately and went into a scanning loop.
Last two things I did was a reset of windows (had a couple issues that needed fixed anyway), and setting (Windows Defender) firewall rules for the Battle.net executable. The firewall rules seem to have been the issue, as retail is currently downloading/installing. Not sure why, as I hadn’t done that when I installed the game last time. Ran fine until sometime between my 2:40 am log out and 9 am, when I decided to make sure the game files were good to go (scan & repair).
So, I’d say make sure your firewall isn’t the issue, before uninstalling the game(s) to possibly save yourself time and frustration.
Search how to make/change firewall rules if you don’t know how.
