I can’t install the Battle.net app on my desktop pc. Every time i try it gives me this error code and fails the installation. I’ve uninstalled the old app, deleted the folders, flushed the dns, reseted the WMI repository and nothing works. Need help please!

I wish I could help you but I am getting the same error. It started on June 22. I did all the steps also and got it to download once but then I logged off and it started again. I even created a new user account . Can anyone help us ??
4 days without a single answer from blizzard. Really nice company. No wonder Steam reigns the PC market. 
same… trying to reinstall but can’t cause of the same error lol
