Hello Blizzard. I am extremely frustrated by a large number of technical issues. I routinely get, whoops something broke, whenever battlenet tries to update anything. Now I am also getting we can’t access a disc because you are not logged on as an administrator. I do not have firewall or security software so it isn’t that. When I tried to reinstall the game, I get we can’t access the disc. I am beyond frustrated at this bs!

I am a volunteer and I do not work at Blizzard.

Is the drive too full? Is it external? Is it the wrong format?

I am also getting the same error code and can not find out any way to resolve this. Blizzard use to have a customer service phone number but no anymore.

Correct, Blizzard ended their courtesy technical support about two years ago.

so we buy and pay monthly for a game with zero actual tech support? I’ve tried everything but battle.net only loads to 45% even after following every step as described.

Tech Support was never included in any of the Blizzard subscription fees, those are for the game license/continued development on live games. They used to offer tech support as a courtesy service, but they ended it. Can’t think of any game that has tech support included with their sub fees, but if you know of one, let me know.
