I cant update my black ops 6 because it stuck on message: Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot. Error Code: blzbntagt0000083e

please help i cant play the game @admin
-i tried to scan and repair, deleting bnet cache and graphic driver reinstall didnt work.

Im getting something similar when trying to re-download ow2 i was jus trying to move from one drive to another and i reinstalled batrle net as well nothing is working it goes to download then im hit with this BLZBNTAGT000008A4

im currently having the same issue with black ops 6 i went to update for the season 2 release and its giving me the same error code and message seems like everything i have tried hasn’t work to help repair whatever files are corrupted or missing for this error to continue to pop up while trying to update the game please let me know if you find an answer to the problem.

bonjour, j ai exactement le même problème . après avoir essayer plusieurs choses j ai toujours ce même code qui s affiche , je ne peux donc plus jouer. J ai désinstaller le jeux et mtn je le réinstalle si cela fonctionne je vous informerais. si entre temps quelqu un trouve la solution je suis preneur .

I too am having the issue with updating the new season of BO6 (Season 2) and I keep getting the error code saying WHOOPS LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING IS BROKE, GIVE IT ANOTHER SHOT… i have contact support for this issue and have gone through every step they recommend doing and still no luck

I have also been told I would have to downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10 (not ganna happen cuz Season 1 worked fine on Windows 11, therefore Season 2 should work as well)

Still waiting on the fix for this issue.

Hey guys, next to the update icon there is a gear to the right. I clicked Scan and Repair and somehow it magically got fixed. Give it a try I guess.

I cannot update the Black Ops 6 to the Season 2 Update. It appears I wasn’t the only one struggling with this error code.

Same here for over a week no fix or support the just send you to activision forum?
