I have a problem when i open the multi player mode and battle royal, Its stooping on (Fetching Online Profile) after that show Error code 4 & the game has closed.
I’ve got bored because it have many problems

Our support for Call of Duty is limited to installation. If the game is crashing after installing, please contact Activision for help.
