i get error code 0x0 (0xc2143bd4) n when i want to launch the game from steam

You don’t say what game this is for but that error code is typical of Cold War; if that is indeed the case, you will need to contact Activision Support .
If you are having issues using Steam itself, you will need to contact Steam Support.
