It would be great if we could get a network error report, other than a generic message.
Like let me know which connection you lost…
Did it time out on the IP or were you unable to reconnect to a port?

Ok. I just fix my issue… here is list of things what I done:
Every Blizzard step
- Restart router
- IP Release, Renew, and Flush DNS
- Update networking drivers
- Disable security programs
- Troubleshooting my network card
Other solutions
- Changing my duplex/speed to automatic
- Rollback my networking drivers
- Changing DNS server
- Reinstalling game
- Reinstalling Battle.net
- Rewrites two registry keys that are used by TCP/IP
- Setting inbound rules for COD:MW
- Changing Game server to Asia/US/EU
This works for me
- Downloading Port Forward Network Utilities (from portforward website everything you can do in Trail version)
- Setting my IP to static
- Changing DNS server to Google
I hope this work for someone.

Hey, Thanks for your reply.
I just like to say that the problem IS NOT Call of Duty at all.
As I previously said, I can clearly see my Battle net account going offline in the app even when NOT PLAYING.
I’ve installed the beta program. The problem was the same before so not a beta issue. I hope that installing beta program can help Blizzard with this issue.
I’m waiting for Blizzard to solve this issue, I haven’t done an activision ticket because the problem is not, as I said early, a call of duty issue.
I’ll look what I can do on my side anyway.
Thanks for your work.

Hi folks !
I have the same issue since warzone update. Can’t play more than 5 or 10 minutes before the game crash.
I tried all the tips i saw on the blizzard support and youtube, but my issue is still here…
PLS Blizzard, do something !

These were my steps to solve the issue.
Things I tried previously
I had followed this guide previously so I’ll leave it here encase it helped, but I don’t think so.
After watching this I did not want to clean boot my PC, since I knew it was fine.
My DNS has always been;
1.1.1.1
8.8.8.8
Steps I took;
- Close Battle.Net
- win+r
- %programdata%
- Renamed “Blizzard Entertainment” to “Blizzard Entertainment_bak” encase any issues came up
- Relaunched Battle.Net
- Changed region to America (I was on Europe)
- Played the game fine after that, NO ping increase, still my local servers
I have since changed it back to Europe and still had no issue.
Follow up Information for Blizzard Staff
I checked the “%programdata%/Blizzard Entertainment” folder after playing for a while and it was substantially smaller and had far less files than it had previously, so I assume there were files left behind from the MW:BETA that were conflicting.

Okay so a lot of us has this problem? I’ve had this issue for at least a month now. The battle.net app keeps re-connecting for some wierd reason in less than an hour, each time… Im am actually concerned now, it has taken to much time already and blizzard just doesn’t seem to take this problem seriously.
I have tried everything… And i mean everything… The ONLY thing that has worked for me is playing with 4G mobile network… Its not a coincidense that all of us have the same exact problems… Please just take a look at the issue, cause something is cleary messing up the connection between blizzard servers or whatever and our ISP… Im playing Modern Warfare a lot and its a great game, and both the game and the users deserve better treatment… That blizzard just keeps saying the same thing is just so trash customer support… ‘‘try these 3 steps, thank you’’ Thats all we get.
Fix it, or i really hope we won’t see another COD game in the Battle.net app.
