As the title states above, now is frozen. I’ve placed in a ticket, removed and re-added payment methods, etc. Also see it taken off of my bank balance. I’ve had many purchases within the past, and have had 0 issues.
Now it becomes a ticket waiting simulator.
Hello, I tried to purchase Diablo IV using 2 of my credit cards which I’ve been using in the past in Bnet without any issues, today I couldn’t buy anything and it says an error has occurred during the payment process. So I switched to PayPal and it accepted immediately the payment.
