[ERROR] 0xc0000409 game crashing

Hello guys,

I have problem with game on my PC. As soon as the game client starts, the game crashes. No error message is returned, the log below is taken from the event viewer.

I have updated the drivers for the chipset, GPU, OS. I also checked the RAM with Memtest - RAM is in good health. I also did a cmd sfc and Restore-Health check and nothing helped. I also tried to reinstall the game, repair the game client. I also did regedit cleaning.

OS: Windows 11
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060 super
RAM: HyperX 16GB 3200MHz - i turned off XMP profile in BIOS

Any ideas for solve my problem?

Hi,

Is Diablo Immortal installed in the Battle.Net Desktop Application folder ? That’s not a good idea, and Blizzard warns against it :

Hey man!

I didn’t expect this, but after removing the game instance, files from APPDATA directories and reinstalling the game in a directory other than the battle.net directory, the game works! Thank you!
