Hello! I wanted to pay for a subscription with my VISA credit card and this error message is the only one I got every single time for months. I opened up a ticket which led to nowhere, despite all the efforts Game Masters invested in no one really know why I am getting this error message.
Needless to say, the credit card meets all the requirements and still, I am not able to use it here. My bank and the entity in charge of oversee this transactions, which is Prisma in Argentina, no one has any kind of information related to this.
FYI, VISA Debit Card also did not work. But I am able to use both of my cards on other online services so Im pretty sure there is nothing wrong with them.
If at all possible, would be nice to have more payment options and this issue with VISA solved. Thank you.
