I have been seeing other people with this same issue. I recently got Overwatch 2, but I can’t carry anything over from Overwatch 1 unless I verify my email. The only problem is that the verification email won’t send at all.
This has been happening since last night and it’s pretty annoying that one can’t play the game that I’ve been waiting for without a verification, and the verification won’t send. Please help
Same issue. Ridiculous that this company doesn’t hold the same standard as it expects from its customers.
We provided a phone number to be a part of your service. Have verified the same number, and even have further verification through the console (and their paid online services) but they cannot provide a customer support number? Furthermore, they are a billion dollar company that doesnt have functioning automated verification systems. What a joke.
I cannnot believe how poorly this has been run. How about sending some emails prior to the launch? How about having live customer support? Tbh, i want a legitimate answer to why console players even need a battlenet account. Are people really buying extra xbox live and PSN accounts to smurf? If so i really dont care.
I was going to buy the battlepass but definitely wont now out of spite. They literally lost money from me.
