Email verification issues

Hi,

Long time ps4 OW player. Trying to play recently and realizied I needed to merge accounts asa well as create a battle.net account. However, after i did such the original battle.net authentication email was delayed and not received until i was driving. By the time I could address the message the verification link had expired.

My sms is verified; however, the resend verification link for email currently present does not function. I will receive emails for other things Blizzard instantly - i recievied my customer service ticket receipt email instantly but cannot for the verification email.

Is there anything I can do? Has email verification been shutdown? Others appear to have this issue and I am shocked there is no way to mitigate this after 2fa sms authentication.

i am having the same issue, i cannot verify my account because im not receiving verification emails but i receive all other emails from them i dont understand

I been trying to verify for the past 2 days, I keep getting the email 2-4 hours later

I have the exact same problem, verification e mails come 3-4 hours later, but i recieve all the other e mails perfectly

this forum has nothing to do with OW as OW has no api your concerns would be better held here
