Your 20 attempt “add up to 14” captcha is one of the most stupidest ways to verify that someone is a human I have ever interacted with. You are a AAA company, please fix your client. If you get 1 wrong out of 20, you have to redo all 20? How does this even pass QA? In what world are you sitting there thinking, “yeah this is a great implementation to make sure our users are human! let’s make them sit there and do this captcha for 20 minutes since if they fail even once, they have to redo all 20 again!”
