I have fiber optic internet and my download speed is like 300+ mbps I am trying to download Diablo and something is bottlenecking it. It happened when I downloaded WoW as well. I thought it might be a hard drive issue so I got a new hard drive but it’s still the same. It’s downloading at 13.60 mbps. All my other devices are fine but my PC.
I’m out of ideas so can someone help
