Why is the agent only using 1.18 MB of the 9.5MB Task Manager is saying its using? (and is based on other evidence).
I’ve already tried:
- Reinstalling Battle Net App
- scanned for viruses using Avast
- rebooted the PC & router
- cleared the Battle Net App cache folder
- IPConfig /release then /renew
- IPConfig /flushdns
- Checked my Hosts file: no additional entries
- Ran a speed test using Speed Test Website, saying 9.5MB/s is my bandwidth speed.

And as usual, the easiest solution is where I should have started. Reseating the Ethernet cable plugged into the PC resolved the issue. /headdesk
