My son just purchased online Modern Warfare 2019 for me… I have the download code from Game Stop… I want to use my work computer to DOWNLOAD the game (it has a much faster Internet connection) but I want to take that download home and install it on my home machine…
How exactly would I do that??

I think it is possible if you follow these steps:
- Install Battlenet desktop app on your work computer
- Completely install the game
- Copy the whole game folder to an external drive.
- Copy the folder to your home computer
- Install/start the Battlenet desktop
- Click on
Locate the game near the install button
- Find the folder where you copied the game
Note: I only used this method for backing up my World of Warcraft installation. I’m not sure if it works with every game or across different machines.
