As shown in the pic, I set a limit of 2000 KB/sec, but as you can see on the left side, Call of Duty is downloading with 3.6 MB/sec which is full speed and kills all my internet speed…so no more streaming of surfing possible.
what can I do to get this limit working?

You cannot add pics, but you can add a link to one.
Upload your pics to a picture hosting website… such as imgur.com and put the link to your picture in your post.
You will also need to convert the link to preformatted text; links to external sites are not allowed until you reach a “trust level” 3. To convert the link:
Your link will appear white on a grey background… like so: https://i.imgur.com/BEoBUDz.jpg
If this isn’t working as intended, you can file a bug report by clicking the lightbulb on the launcher. Most players complain the downloads aren’t fast enough, so it may have been an oversight.

The only thing that can be done with bugs is to report them.
