I recently purchased a new computer and was excited to play D4 on a PC again instead of via PS5. I purchased the D4 expansion bundle on Battle.net and unfortunately the battle.net launcher kept getting hung up at 38% – I tried all the tips and tricks I could find to fix it and had no luck.
A friend suggested I try steam so I requested a refund and sent in a follow up ticket which apparently didn’t stick and moved on. I purchased via Steam and the install was easy and painless and I started playing.
A few days later I noticed it hadn’t come through so I checked and noticed the game still showed as in my library.
I contacted Blizzard CS and was told due to my game time I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I explained all my game time was via steam and sent multiple screenshots including one showing two purchases of D4 on my account on the same day. The only answers I’ve received are canned responses that don’t seem to acknowledge anything I’ve said.
It’s not a lot of money but its really the principal of the thing at this point. Any suggestions?
