Double payment ( cut money )

Hello, take it easy.
When I bought a 1-month subscription for my own account, the transaction gave an error. Thinking it didn’t work, I canceled it, bought a subscription again and saw that 2 months’ fee was deducted on my credit card. I am requesting a refund for one of the transactions I have made in this regard.

If you wish to contact Billing you need to put in a Support Ticket.

Select a Payment Option from the menu and complete the ticket.
