Usually, balance patches affect multiplayer more than single-player, unless noted. You can test it to be sure. In my downtime, I use ]—great way to relax between games!

WC1, WC2, and StarCraft all use the same stats for multiplayer and campaign. There wasn’t a distinction until WC3.
