Does Blizzard still accept support tickets for D2 LOD?

I started having the checking versions issue when I try to access D2 LOD US East on battle.net. Could use some help/support in correcting this.

Previously, some of the Blizzard Forum Support staff would help here… when they could. The Forum Support staff hasn’t posted or intervened here since the end of January.

The ticket system appears to be still functionnal… but I haven’t had the opportunity to try it. For example, in your case, you probably want to use the ticket form here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/354/ticket

If you do submit a ticket… you should also ask them to check whether your account or IP is under a temporary restriction. They should be able to tell you “Yes” / “No” and, if “Yes”, provide a date of when it will lift. They should also be able to tell you what the reason for the temporary restriction is.

At least you are able to run your game, i cant even seem to be able to to that. and there is no tech help

I do what I can… and there are sometimes others that can help.

But yeah – it is a fact that there are no longer Blizzard Support staff helping on this forum. They used to… but that ended when Microsoft took control of ActiBlizz at the end of January 2024.

Finally, as I said above, the ticket system seems to be still there… use it when needed.
