I did purchase prodigy path. I have email with the recipet and i did not recieve the product.

I suggest to not get the payment if you are not able to deliver the product.

But getting the payment and not delivering is not going to encourage me or others to do any further purchases.

Its strange to see multi billion dollar company not able to manage to provide a smooth purchase operational process.

If the issue is not coming from your end, I suggest to provide other reliable payment methods ( if you actually care about your paying players base )

Im just disappointed!

To do that you want to actually put in a ticket.
