Diablo Immortals - can't delete in game email

In Diablo Immortal (from mobile), I have an email which I cannot delete due an item i cannot claim 'cause, indeed, I have already claimed It and have in my inventory (is a cosmetic banner).

Would not be annoying if not for the fact that I Always have a notification mark on my mailbox.
