Fully within the rules and guidelines provided by Blizzard Entertainment, I have made repeated attempts to transfer my Diablo Immortal character without success. I have submitted a ticket (ID #96853669) with Blizzard Support in detail and have not been able to resolve the issue. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My technical support issue has been resolved.
For the record, I was finally able to find a Blizzard Game Master to help resolve the problem. Specifically, the destination server had an existing player that was using the same (obscure?!) character name as the character I was attempting to transfer. Another important requirement to transfer characters in Diablo Immortal is that the level of your character must be below that of the Server Paragon Level.
