I live in Hawaii and not sure which region/server should I pick to play for best ping/connection. I’m thinking NA West… Any suggestions? Thanks.
Looking at your options you can go with US West or Oceania.
You might want to make a test character on each and see how your lag is. Also talk to your friends and think about your time zone and schedule.
