Hi.
I bought D2R on battlenet website and after payment (payment done correctly) it says that game is “In Library” on store and in Battle.net app. I can’t install / play on it. Tried reinstall battlenet app, reboot PC etc but without any positive result.
What I do wrong?

Hi, i cant even change the region manually…is there another solution to this issue? The transaction says complete but still have no acces to the game…
It’s definitely a region issue.
Log out, change region, the install button is visible. Back to my region, the button is still there.

You need to change the Battle.Net login region… not the country/region on your Battle.Net account.
Do:
- Exit all the Blizzard games currently running
- Click on the blue Battle.Net logo in the upper left corner of the Launcher App and select “Log Out”
- You should now be on the BNet Login screen; click on the cogwheel and you will get the drop down menu as in

- Select a different region… for example, “Europe” instead of “Americas”
- Log into Battle.Net and try to install your game.
