I am really surprised that even 20 years ago, problems with Diablo 2 were significantly less serious as they are now. Obviously, technicians are not able to fix the problem, causing massive damage to the reputation of the company. Servers are down every few hours and none of the fixes seem to last. Primary example why unfinished products should not be sold until they are properly tested. Perfect PR desaster.
