Same thing just happened to me. I still have offline characters but none of my online characters exist anymore.

D2R is even more expensive than Amazon’s New World but D2R’s players are suffering from tons of issues. This is how Blizzard treat its clients.

This is Standard Blizzard, they can give a rat a$$ about the player or community. Is there ever a new or update regarding this, NO.

All my Online characters are gone too.

Mine are all gone too. I certainly hope it is not permanent.
