Diablo 4 not showing up in Battle.net library

Hello, today I received Diablo 4 as a gift to my Russian account (I’ll say right away that I don’t support what the Russian state is doing in Ukraine), but the game is not displayed in my Battle.net library, can I play the game on the day of its release on my account?

Hi. What exactly is your question, since this isn’t the day of the release and just a server spamslamerdammer?
Also, what is your supposition with regards to ‘Russian state’?
Have you insinuated that the is implicated in a word or a term, or a hype, or a generalized racionalization, and this subject is not at all a direct aggression within your own mind-thoughtfulness paradigm?
I wonder, are you saying Ukraine is prejudice?
Thanks,
dude

To address your specific issue with Diablo 4 not being displayed in your Battle.net library, it’s best to contact Blizzard support directly for assistance. They will have the most up-to-date information regarding your account and can help resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

You can reach out to Blizzard support through their official website or by accessing the support options within the Battle.net launcher. They will be able to provide you with the necessary guidance and help you determine if you can play Diablo 4 on the day of its release on your account.

I apologize for not being able to provide a more direct solution, but contacting Blizzard support is your best course of action in this situation.

Hey! I am in the same situation. Could you tell me if you were able to resolve the problem?

Same, looking for a solution. There is zero messaging around restrictions with Diablo IV if you’re gifting this game to a Russian account.

Hoping this isn’t another issue of Blizzard breaking their own DEI commitments. Because, you know, what’s acceptance and diversity if it’s only the people and things you feel are worthy of acceptance and diversity?

Prior to asking here, I created a support ticket to change my country/region – I have been living in a different country for some time and never bothered to change my country/region on Battle.net before as there were no problems. It took about 2 days (~44 hours) for someone to help with the ticket and change the country/region. Now the game is available. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any other solution at this moment. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. It’s so disgusting that they’ll take the money but then not let you use their product and then require you to provide more forms of ID than the government does to get a passport to update your account.

POSSIBLE FIX:

I was having this same problem, and so what I did was:

  1. Uninstall Battlenet via Add/Remove Programs; and

  2. Download Diablo 4 from the Blizzard downloads page (google Blizzard downloads - as a new user I can’t post links unfortunately)

This downloaded Battlenet once again, but this time I was able to immediately afterwards download Diablo 4 as well.

Hope this works for you.
