Diablo 4 not showing on battle.net account

So I bought the D4 Digital Deluxe Edition on Xbox Series, from the xbox store, but it’s not showing in my battle.net library or purchases (neither is the second copy of the Prime Evil Collection I bought for Xbox a couple weeks ago). My Xbox account is linked to my battle.net account, so it should show up in my purchases, right? Any help would be appreciated!

Same here. I was under the impression that we could play it across multiple platforms… smh.

Same here. Such a bummer. Prevents me from playing game that i’ve paid for. Raised support ticket with blizzard.
Let me suggest hold on starting playing D4 till this gets resolved. We might end up returning this XBOX purchase and repurchasing it via Blizzard store. As you can imagine, no one is going to transfer retain you characters.

BTW D4 shows in account details as “Active”. Seems like blizzard just needs to put their stuff together. Such a shame after all these D3 experience they’ve learned.
