Diablo 4 locks up before char select, after the last update

This happens several times then you get lucky and it gets to the char select screen and is ok. Video drivers and windows 11 are up to date.

just got the game tried every solution i could find nothing seems to work .;
game crashes on startup every time
been busy for about 3hour to track the problem
my system :
ryzen 9 ,rtx 3080ti 12gb ,32gb ram

cannot find any solution

Same issue here. Sometimes i can play but sometimes it crashed during gameplay or during starting the game.
