I cannot install diablo 4(pc gamepass), It’s stuck at 0b/s. Before you ask, yes I tried everything changing speed limits, reinstalling battlenet 10x.
NOTHING WORKS a “support” only allows me “to report a bug” which I don’t want to.

Have you tried the suggested troubleshooting in:
There seems to be a lot of issues with antivirus out there – you may want to try to de-activate or, better still, uninstall your antivirus in addition to Step #3.
Some players have found that using a VPN is helpful in solving installation issues; if you have access to one, you might want to try that workaround.
Do try the advanced troubleshooting if needed.

Well, it was bugged, but it works now. idk, probably because a lot of people were downloading it at the same time.
