Diablo 4 always get stuck at 35% when downloading

See title. Ive tried downloading the game 5x now and it always get stuck at 35%. ive tried unchecking the graphic enhancement pack and it gets stuck at 66%. Ive turned of the firewall and my antivirus as well. help please

I have the same issue; it will download fast until around 34%, then slows down and get stuck at 35%. I have tried without antivirus and firewall, still have the same issue

Same experience, I even filed a ticket for it. 35% stuck when HR assets are there.
Unchecked, still stuck.

Im having the same issue, speed will get slow at 34% and gonna be stuck at 35% does anyone have a solution for this?

You can refund it. Thats what I’m doing. Mine gets stuck at 65%. Not sure what the game is going to look like. They can’t even get their installer going.

Oh, my goodness! I’ve finally discovered a solution. I’m sharing this in the hopes that it works for all of you.

  1. Navigate to the C Drive and access the ProgramData folder (Note: It may be hidden for some users, so ensure that “Hidden Items” is checked).
  2. Proceed to C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net. Locate and delete the “Cache” folder. Make sure to close Battlenet before doing this.
  3. Restart Battlenet and attempt to resume your download.

I had the same exact problem. sent multiple tickets to blizzard and tried all troubleshooting steps in reddit and blizzard forums. What fixed it for me is I uninstalled my radeon software using display driver uninstaller (DDU). then it resumed past 35 percent for the first time in 3 days.

same problem here bro it been 2 days im trying to find some solutios, but still stuck up until 65% when i tried to pause and play again it will stay initiaziling.

Hi Everyone,

I have an update! Regarding the 35% issue, I think we have to be patient for that. Me and my friend have experience the same and what we did is wait for it. For me I have waited for 6 hours while it stuck on 35% and then later it proceeds. My friend waited for 3 days though it is not straight. He turns his PC ON and OFF during the time.

It is indeed a long wait but I think this is a rare issue. Once it reached 50%, the game is playable but I would suggest to complete the download/install as it causes some issues during in game like it stops for a couple of seconds. Also, please do update your GPU drivers if possible as the latest NVIDIA has drivers for Diablo 4. Hope this helps!

I resolved the situation by clicking on the gear next to the “Updating” button and clicking “Check and Repair”. After the check finished the download continued
