I have been playing Diablo III for over 10 years. In the last year or so, I have noticed that I will start a character and after leveling to about 40 or so, I have to start lowering my levels. I have just started a wizard in seasonal and got her to level 44. I came back the next day to play and had to go from Torment III to Expert and I had a hard time there. I created another wizard today and I am at Torment II using the level 44 wizards weapon and am killing it. I do not know why this is happening. Should it be?
