Diablo 3 error code: 319020

Hi.

I have been waiting for over a week now to get this fixed, but its still not working, i am a leader of a clan i made over 5 years ago, a bit over a week ago the clan bugged, i can’t type in it, i can’t see member list, i can’t edit clan information because it says i’m a “member” and not a leader, all members in the clan still have the clan tag including me, i have asked other clan members i have on my friendlist and they have same issue, worst part is i cant even leave my clan to make a new one because i get the error code, i have tried following your guide to fix it but it’s still the same issues. what do i do ? thank you.

Hi, Funke
I am no professional, but I do try to write with capitals most of the time. “and” (see how caps aren’t used well) I is usually capitalized in most cicumstances if your are referring to yourself as a pronoun and not just a regular non-pro noun, and that is my suggestion if you want further help then you can learn 2 program bad links like the ones blizz constantly locks on their threads because they are viewed as threats to an enterprise. Or better start your own enterprise and be your own boss, some mothers start out the best from scratch, and twigs and thistle seeds when they nest. GL,

Dude

You could also post on the D3 Bug Report forum… not sure that the Desktop App Tech Support forum (here) is the right place…

Error code 319020 in Diablo 3 is typically associated with a connection issue. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check your internet connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable and not experiencing any issues. You may want to try resetting your modem or router to see if that resolves the problem.

Disable firewall and antivirus software: Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software you have running on your computer, as they may be blocking your connection to the Diablo 3 servers.

Flush DNS cache: Open the Command Prompt on your computer and enter “ipconfig /flushdns” to clear the DNS cache.

Reset network devices: Turn off your computer, modem, and router for about a minute before turning them back on.

Verify game files: In the Battle.net launcher, select Diablo 3, click on Options > Scan and Repair, and allow the process to complete.

Contact Blizzard support: If none of the above steps work, you may want to contact Blizzard support for further assistance.
