Getting error 395002 ‘unable to load hero’ when trying to join a clan or community, but only on NA region. This has been occurring for several days now. It happens when I try to join a clan/community, and also if I try to accept or decline an invite to a clan. I can join clans and communities fine if I switch to EU region, so it seems like a NA server issue rather than something on my end.
Error code occurs despite my character being loaded and being able to log in and play the game with no issues. I have followed all steps including log out of battlenet, restart computer, delete battle net folder, change region, flush DNS, reset modem/router, disable background applications, whitelist battlenet and diablo 3, and run repair function, etc.
