Have checked and updated all my intel Graphics plus all other intel updates except for a Bluetooth one. When I run D2r the graphic are nuts. They flash big black areas, block what I see, parts of char bodies are missing or Distorted. I have no problem with diablo 3 or any other game I play.

You should be using those forums to report the issue you described above… probably the Technical Support forum. It may be possible to fix it by tweaking your graphic card configuration or the D2R game settings. You should also provide a description of your computer system, including OS and OS version, CPU, RAM, and GPU and GPU driver version.
Another alternative is to contact Blizzard Support through a web ticket… start the process by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page:

Whichever route you decide to go… forums or web ticket… you should include one or several screenshot(s) to illustrate the issue. The forums won’t allow you to post a screenshot directly… but you can upload your screenshot to a picture hosting website such as https://imgur.com/ and provide a link in your post. You will need to convert the link to preformatted text to be allowed to post it.
To convert a link to preformatted text,
- put the link in your post as you would normally,
- highlight the entire link, and
- click on the </> button on the formatting bar at the top of the composition window.
Your link won’t be “click-able” but your readers will be able to copy it and paste it in their browser to look at your screenshot.
