I’ve been doing some research as I’m collecting my new MacBook Pro today, and I’ve realised that diablo 2 is 32 bit and won’t allow on the new MacBooks, and I was wondering if this has been fixed yet?
I’ve seen many posts about blizzard working on this, but have they found any solutions? Any news regarding that from blizzard? Is there any work around so I can play my all time favourite game 
is there anyway to play this on the new Mac software?

No, there is no news about an update for that. There is a big thread with many replies in Tech Support but nothing in the past few months.
Use the Blizzard button on the bottom right to skip to each of the Blue posts.
