I have D2 and LOD on my account, but I have no way to download it, plus when transferring to my new PC I lost a level 31 char and all my stash/ gold/ progress. How can I talk to actual customer support to fix this? Or, does anyone have a easy fix I could use? Thanks much for everything.

That hero and all its items and progress would be on your old PC, in C:\Users\yourUsername\Saved Games\Diablo II
. You need to copy those files to your new computer in the same folder structure.
