Hello everyone,
I recently reinstalled Diablo 2(original version) through blizzard’s website and my cinematics are not playing. The intro cinematic (when you create character) doesn’t play nor do the others.
I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, running fullscreen, running administrator mode, compatibility mode and other fixes but nothing worked.
I read many posts on reddit/forums and tried making a post on reddit as well to see if anyone had a solution but couldn’t find one.
In case you need this info, my drivers are clean. I have an up to date pc. Everything is working.
The game is patched to the most recent version ( tried 1.14b and 1.14d ).
I tried going windowed and fullscreen, didn’t work either.
If you don’t know how to fix my issue, I completely understand and I thank you for taking the time to read my post.
