Never used a VPN and only play at home what causes this?
I have the same issue have done nothing wrong downloaded to get diablo fresh in my mind and got ip banned for absolutely nothing never used a cheat or mod it’s crazy how easy it is to ban a bot if they just payed attention to their game but non cheaters the ones gettin banned what a joke
I would like my ip unflagged as well keep an eye on me and see I don’t bot it’s all played by me but blizzard doesn’t reply to these my man the only ones I seen was them basically saying sorry if it was a wrong ban ride it out for 2week-1month And try again haha they don’t care about quality service my man

naw this is the kind of support we can expect for the new diablo banning wrongfully its actually kinda funny streaming this to all my followers of how bad blizz support is and the inability to get tickets resolved jus take the loss they got your money thats all that matters to them they dont need you to be able to play

Yep I am having the same problem, just bought the game and Blizzard does not care.
I just want a refund at this point- I am not a fan of Blizzard right now. I tried everything. reinstall 4 times, different IP, disabled firewall, router firmware, win 10 updates, made an admin account. Anything I missed?

Imagine all the essential workers who need to work remotely since the Covid-19. Can you seriously imagine how much legit and real D2 players has been harm by this while the abusing one get away ?
It does seem that it is harder for legit players to play this game than hackers and botters. What is the point ?

just installed the game and successfully updated to 1.14d but stuck at the same situation like youchecking version forevertried restart network and pc and reinstall~same shxt
I have the same Problem here. I got 2 account on 2 different PC. Never used a VPN. Just played the game in closed battle.net normally. Open up MF-Runs and after that i logged on on my second PC to mule my Stuff. Right in that case, all my items laying on the ground, the connection interrupts on both account. Items are gone surley and i cant connect again. D2 is just checking the version and an Error Message that the battle.net is not available. Did i do something wrong?
