I wanted to do a suggestion on demon hunter version of dracthyr soar. I mean the PvP talent kinda gives you this but lore wise you could work this in by having a class quest to unlock this by observing a demon that can grant flight to the demon hunter just like the way dragons can fly at will. Since demon hunters absorb demons that gives them their powers why not use the very lore behind them to give everyone what they want?
