The game crashes whenever I tab out of the game while it waiting in queue. I wanted to change a sound setting which was on that screen and tabbed to switch to the desktop. The game immediately crashed and I had to get back in queue with an additional 6 minutes added on.
So report it on the Diablo IV forums…
