After having invested hundreds of hours into D4 this year, with an optimized build that is pushing into the 130s in the pit, I have to say that damage resistance ruins my experience of this game. The option is to either avoid mobs with this affix or spend 30 to 45 seconds pounding them to no effect. Not fun, completely hate, please fix.
Also, bosses are wildly different so in high pit, pushing, you can spend 6 to 7 minutes, getting to boss and then have to quit if it’s Bramble or Blood Bish. Game needs more balancing!!!
