I am trying to get the PTR for Diablo 3 to launch on my Laptop. I can get the exe to trigger to the login screen if I use the GeForce Experience launcher, but then I am forced to close because an error message " Patch Required".
However when I use the Battlenet launcher the exe doesnt trigger correctly and all I get is a minimized window with white background. The sound is playing but the game doesnt launch properly.
I submitted a support ticket and tried the suggestions such as adding a -Displaymode 0 argument, but that didnt work.
Any suggestions welcome.
