I’ve had this code repeatedly and tried the running program delete, and end the Blizzard update task to no avail. Please assist.

I’m getting the same error. Restarted computer. reinstalled the game. No luck.

I will sometimes get code 10033 as well. Failure to initialize party state.

Dang I am having the same issue and last night the music and sound of the game was messing up and now I am getting error code 10001 no chat available. It is always something with Blizzard they wont fix nothing but real fast to nurf our characters into the ground.
Its Tuesday Morning in CA, their stuff is always wonky from 0600-0900 PST on Tuesdays.

Yeah SSDD on mine as well. I’ve reset my router/modem and my computer, even did a re-install.
same here with both error codes.
launcher doesn’t seem to have any issues and can play SC2 ok.
I am getting the error as well on the Americas server.
If i select any other region, i can get in, however character data does not transfer so…
I have cleared cache and data and reinstalled. Still getting the error. Seems like it is server side.

Same issue here. Can not connect to chat. Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted appdata files. Nothing is working to resolve the issue.
I am also having the same issue. I have tried clearing %ProgramData% as well as c:\ProgramData. Please help us @Blizzard.
